$65 per 1-hour session.
Monthly plans are available for 2, 3 or 4 training sessions per week. 

Couples or duet sessions are available.

All equipment will be brought to you.

What To Expect

 

Step 1: Complimentary Strategy Session

Schedule a free 30–60-minute Strategy Session to discuss your goals, review your medical and exercise history, and evaluate any testing needs. Together, we’ll determine if a long-term plan with Encore Fitness Performance is the right fit for you.

 

Step 2:  Functional Fitness Evaluation

Your journey begins with a personalized evaluation, including movement screening and functional assessments based on your current abilities and goals. This step ensures you start on the right path for a safe and effective program, with clear ways to track your progress.

Step 3:  Tailored Fitness Program Design

Your training is adaptative, progressive and always targeting what is most important for your progress. You'll begin in-home personal training with a long-term focus on functional training to enhance all areas of physical function:
